Mama Wes’s Kitchen started back in 2015. When she heard from her son that the local high school theater was doing Press Night and Dress Rehearsal until 7:00, sometimes even 9 o’clock at night. Hearing that these kids had no food to eat this late at night, she picked up her knives and spoons and started her venture into cooking for the masses.

Being the mother of two of the theater kids, Sulivan and Wes. The theater kids started calling her Mama Wes. Since then, she has graduated from Oregon Culinary Institute. She has been making her small town dream into a reality. We being her kids are so proud of our mom!
